Why choosing laminated tubes rather than all aluminum tubes as pharmaceuticals packaging container?
These are the reasons:
1. very good barrier ability.
Our Lamination tubes are 5-layers tubes.
The surface film and internal film is made mainly of PE.In fact,the PE film also contain other resins in order to achieve the effect of flexiblity,barrier,etc.
And so do the extrusion layers.
The main barrier material are AL foil and substances in the other 4 layers.And the different PE resins are the next barrier substances.
The material and construction I describe above are enough for most pharmaceutical products because this kind of tubes are equipped with very good seal and barrier ability to water,oil,air.
Nearly all our pharmaceutical products (About 60 customers)are lamanated by the above material,even those of our largest customer Myyinglong who have cooperated with us since 2003 .
2.Better flexibility than all aluminum tubes
Aluminum tubes are very hard and have worse flexibitlity.
Our laminated tubes are made by plastic PE films ,extrusion layer and aluminum foil.Our distinctive manufacturing process and technique ensure the quanlity and pproperty of our tubes
3. Saving the cost
certainly, Laminated tubes are cheaper than all aluminum tubes.
